Ordinance 22-48 (Bill 138): An Ordinance amending Section 25-8-3 (North Kona Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning) of the Hawai’i County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as amended), by changing the District Classification from Agricultural – 1 Acre (A-1a) to Single-Family Residential – 15,000 Square Feet (RS-15) at ‘O’oma 1st, North Kona, Hawai’i, covered by Tax Map Key: 7-3-017:024.

Ordinance 22-50 (Bill 140): An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 21-38, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2022.

Ordinance 22-51 (Bill 141): An Ordinance adopting a pay plan for persons employed by the County other than those whose pay is otherwise provided for, designating payroll periods, pay days, prescribing requirements with respect to official fidelity bonds, and repealing Ordinance No. 21-35 and all amendments thereto, said ordinance to be known as the Salary Ordinance of 2022.
