Hawaii voters can sign up now to receive notifications about their mail ballot. The Office of Elections with the County Elections Divisions are offering this service through hawaii.ballottrax.net. Voters can sign up for BallotTrax to receive notifications by text, email, or by phone letting them know when they should be receiving their ballot, as well as where their ballot is in the voting process.
“One of the most common questions received by our office during the 2020 Elections was if a voter’s ballot was received,” said Scott Nago, Chief Election Officer. “We recommend that voters sign up now to get ready for the 2022 Elections,” added Nago. Voters who sign up will receive alerts letting them know when their ballot has been mailed and when their ballot is received and validated by their County Elections Division. Additionally, voters will be notified if there is a discrepancy with their return ballot envelope.
Voters can go online to hawaii.ballottrax.net to sign up for this free service. Voters may also customize the service by choosing their preferred method of delivery and setting the hours to when they would like messages to be delivered. Voters who opt not to sign up for the notifications will still be able to track their ballot by logging in to hawaii.ballottrax.net.
Mail ballots for the 2022 Elections will be delivered by:
Primary: July 26, 2022
General: October 21, 2022
