The following individuals have been arrested by Hawai’i Police Department and Charged by the County of Hawai’i Prosecutors Office.

    • Tracy Lynn Wiott, 56, of Kailua-Kona with contempt of court.
    • Guillermo Laca Corpuz, 47, of Waipahu,Oahu, with DUI and driving after license suspended for DUI.
    • Shiro Jim, 19, of Hilo with contempt of court.
    • Frances Mari Tyshae Hartman, 30, of Hilo with domestic abuse.
    • Lon David Nobuo Sugihara, 45, of Hilowith violating a TRO.
    • Kayson H. DeSilva, 35, of Kailua-Konawith contempt of court.
    • Kalai Kaina Sundell Lopes, 31, of Honolulu with assault and violating park hours.
    • Nicole Taylor, 34, of Kailua-Kona withDUI and driving without a license.
    • Dylan Miliona Kapeli-Spencer, 29, of Pahoa with auto theft, defacing motor vehicle serial number and driving without a license.
    • Austin Nathaniel Ray K. Caluag, 23, of Kailua-Kona with DUI and driving without a license and insurance.
    • Gyven Jacob Keola Fujisawa-Hoapili, 20, of Hilo with domestic abuse.
    • Ikeole Keawe Simeona Lui, 27, of Kailua-Kona with terroristic threatening.
    • Janlyn Workman, 58, of Hilo with domestic abuse, terroristic threatening or reckless endangering.
    • Boyd Maygra, 48, of Kailua-Kona with contempt of court.
    • Seth Kapiliokalani Waltjen, 37, of Hilo with failure to appear and two counts of contempt of court.
    • Cheena Kapena Andrews, 36, of Keaau with two counts of violating terms of release.
    • Ebn Michael Wandell, 42, of Hilo with theft, unauthorized entry to a motor vehicle and terroristic threatening.
    • Jarred Shigeru Kuwana, 30, of Holualoa with contempt of court.
    • Doug Brandenburg, 70, of Naalehu with DUI and driving without a license.
    • Benji Nay Victorino, 42, of Hilo with violating probation

These charges are merely allegations, and the Defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

Contempt of court: such things as failing to obey any of the judge’s orders, failing to pay a traffic fine, or failing to appear at a mandatory court hearing.

Failure to appear means after lawful notice or process, wilfully refuses or fails to appear before any court or judge.
