PLEASE NOTE: 

Lane closure schedules may change at any time without further notice. All projects are weather permitting. 

—MAMALAHOA HIGHWAY/HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 11) — 

1) PAHALA (WEEKEND WORK) 

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile post 52 to 54, in the vicinity of Maile Street and Kaalaiki Road, on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for grass cutting.  

2) PAHALA  

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile post 52 to 54, in the vicinity of Maile Street and Kaalaiki Road, Monday, June 17, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for grass cutting. 

3) NAALEHU 

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile post 61 to 65, in the vicinity of Kaalualu Road, Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for grass cutting.  

4) CAPTAIN COOK 

Single lane closure on Mamalahoa Highway (Route 11) possible in either direction between mile post 97 to 104, in the vicinity of Haleili Street and Filipino Clubhouse Road, Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. for crews to work on safety improvements on the roadway.  

— HAWAII BELT ROAD (ROUTE 19) —  

1) HILO 

Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction between mile post 2 to 5, in the vicinity of Mooheau Park and Kahoa Place, on Monday, June 17, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for grass trimming. 

2) PEPEEKEO TO HAKALAU 

Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction, between mile post 10 to 15, in the vicinity of Chin Chuck Road, Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. for drilling and sampling the soil for future projects.  

3) PAPAALOA TO OOKALA (WEEKEND WORK) 

Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction, between mile post 19 to 27, in the vicinity of Jardine Road, on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for grass cutting.  

4) PAPAALOA TO OOKALA  

Single lane closure on Hawaii Belt Road (Route 19) possible in either direction, between mile post 19 to 27, in the vicinity of Jardine Road, on Monday, June 17, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for grass cutting. 

  — KEAAU-PAHOA ROAD / PAHOA-BYPASS ROAD (ROUTE 130) — 

1) PAHOA 

Single lane closure on Pahoa-Bypass Road (Route 130) possible in either direction, between mile post 10 to 15, in the vicinity of Alaili Road, beginning Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for grass trimming. 

— DANIEL K. INOUYE HIGHWAY/ SADDLE ROAD (ROUTE 200) —  

1) HILO (WEEKEND WORK) 

Single lane closure on Daniel K. Inouye Highway/ Saddle Road (Route 200) possible in either direction between mile post 5 to 16, on Saturday, June 15 and Sunday, June 16, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for shoulder work and mechanical mowing.  

2) HILO 

Single lane closure on Daniel K. Inouye Highway/ Saddle Road (Route 200) possible in either direction between mile post 5 to 16, on Monday, June 17, from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., for shoulder work and mechanical mowing.  

3) HILO 

Single lane closure on Daniel K. Inouye Highway/ Saddle Road (Route 200) possible in either direction between mile post 12 to 22, on Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., for shoulder work and mechanical mowing. 

— KOHALA MOUNTAIN ROAD (ROUTE 20) — 

1) KAPAAU 

Single lane closure on Kohala Mountain Road (Route 250) possible in either direction, between mile post 9 to 13, on Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for shoulder work. 

  — PUAINAKO STREET (ROUTE 2000) — 

1) HILO 

Single lane closure on Puainako Street (Route 2000) possible in either direction, in the vicinity of Kanoelehua Avenue and Komohana Street, Monday, June 17 through Friday, June 21, nightly from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. for paving the roadway for the Puainako Street Widening Project.
