Final requests for clarification to this RFP will be accepted no later than 11:59 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2020 via cohCARES@hawaiicounty.gov. If questions are received a final addendum will be posted on www.hawaiicounty.gov/cares by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 21, 2020.
