 			The amendment linked above is to change the Board of Ethics from five (5) to seven (7) members.

I hereby certify that the following bill passed final reading at the meeting of the Hawai’i County Council on July 6, 2022, by vote as listed below

Ordinance 22-82 (Bill 168): An Ordinance to Initiate an Amendment to Article XIV, Section 14-5 of the Hawai’i County Charter (2020 Edition), Relating to the Board of Ethics.

AYES: Council Members Chung, Inaba, Kierkiewicz, Kimball, Lee Loy, Villegas and Chair David – 7.

NOES: None. ABSENT: Council Members Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder and Richards– 2. EXCUSED: None.
