Date Shift Announced for Affordable Housing Production Program Meeting

HILO, Hawai’i – The County of Hawaiʻi Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) has announced a change to the date of their first informational meeting concerning the Affordable Housing Production (AHP) Program Request for Proposals.

The initial meeting, which was scheduled for Tuesday, May 20, 2025, has been rescheduled to Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 10 a.m. The time remains the same as originally planned.

A second informational meeting will still be held as scheduled on Wednesday, May 22, 2025, at 1 p.m.

Both informational sessions will be conducted online via Zoom. Organizations eligible to apply for Fiscal Year 2025–26 AHP funding, including non-profit and for-profit entities, public agencies, and community land trusts, are strongly encouraged to attend one of these meetings.

For those unable to attend the live sessions, recordings of both meetings will be made available on the OHCD website following their conclusion.

The AHP Program aims to support the development of affordable housing projects within the County of Hawaiʻi.
