The County of Hawai‘i Department of Water Supply (DWS) has announced a temporary water shut-off for Kamuela View Estates to accommodate an emergency valve replacement.
Affected Areas
Water service will be disrupted in the following areas from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 3, 2025:
Mahua Street
‘Ohina Street
Puahia Street
All side roads and lanes within Kamuela View Estates
Preparations and Support
Residents are advised to store enough drinking water in advance to meet their household needs during the shut-off period.
A water tanker will be stationed at the intersection of ‘Ohina Street and Mahua Street for public use.
