The Hawaiʻi County Electronic Processing and Information Center (EPIC) Online Permitting system is scheduled to upload additional legacy permit information to improve services beginning Friday, August 19, at 12am through Monday, August 22, at 12pm.

During this time, the EPIC system will not be able to accept any permit and plan applications and payments.
