Hawaiʻi Island Police Request Public’s Help to Locate Missing Pāhoa Man, Jeremias Giltaman

PĀHOA, Hawai’i – Hawaiʻi Island police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 28-year-old Jeremias Giltaman of Pāhoa, who has been reported missing.

Giltaman was last seen on the evening of Sunday, May 11, 2025, in the vicinity of Kawakawa Street in Pāhoa. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing black shorts and was bare-backed. The type of footwear he had on is unknown.

Mr. Giltaman is described as a Micronesian male with a dark brown complexion, standing approximately 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing around 120 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Police are urging anyone who may have seen Jeremias Giltaman or has any information regarding his whereabouts to contact the Hawaiʻi Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
