Hawaiʻi Island – The County of Hawaiʻi Planning Department has accepted two new subdivision applications for review, according to a public notice issued in accordance with the Subdivision Code. The applications were submitted between July 1 and July 15, 2025.
Here is a breakdown of the submitted applications:
- North Kona: Douglas and Lori Henbest Living Trust have applied to subdivide a 7.974-acre property into three lots, ranging in size from 1.611 acres to 4.035 acres. The property is located in North Kona with TMKs: 7-6-008:012, 043 & 044.
- South Hilo: NTF Development LLC has submitted an application to subdivide a 0.5165-acre property into two lots, each averaging 10,000 square feet. The property is located in South Hilo with TMK: 2-2-034:063.
