Ordinance 22-30 (Bill 121): An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 21-38, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2022.

AYES: Council Members Chung, Inaba, Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Kimball, Lee Loy, Richards, Villegas and Chair David – 9.

Ordinance 22-31 (Bill 133): An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 21-38, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2022.

Ordinance 22-32 (Bill 135): An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 21-38, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2022.

Ordinance 22-33 (Bill 136): An Ordinance authorizing the issuance of special tax revenue bonds of the County of Hawai’i for the purpose of financing the costs of certain public improvements and incidental expenses relating to the County’s Community Facilities District No. 1-2021 (Kaloko Heights Project); amending certain provisions of the Ordinance of Formation for the District relating to the lien of the special taxes securing such bonds; fixing or authorizing the fixing of the form, denominations, and certain other details of such bonds and providing for the sale of such bonds to the public.
