Department of Public Works Building Division and the Planning Department will install a system upgrade to the Electronic Processing and Information Center (EPIC) system from 4:30 pm on October 28 until 8:00 am on October 31. During this time, EPIC will not accept new permits, payments, or allow any document to be uploaded. This new upgrade will not affect any process on the user’s end.
