NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism, State of Hawaii, will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. on amendments to and compilation of Chapter 15-308, “State Assisted Sales and Lease Program,” Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR).
Written testimony on these proposed rulemaking actions will be accepted through November 14, 2022 at the following address: HHFDC, Attention: Cynthia Nyross, 677 Queen Street, Suite 300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813; or via email to Cynthia.c.Nyross@hawaii.gov.
Amendments to Chapter 15-308, HAR, will clarify definitions and amend fees, eligibility requirements, and preference in dwelling unit sales. The amendments also modify rules relating to publication requirements, consent to additional financing, waiver of HHFDC’s right to purchase and administration of residential leases related to consent to transfer of lease.
The public hearing will be held via the Internet using Microsoft Teams on November 14, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
