Hawaii Police Seek Suspect in Pahoa Vehicle Theft

Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance with identifying a man involved in a motor vehicle theft that took place in Pahoa.

On Tuesday, June 20, 2022, at 7:00 a.m., an unidentified male suspect was observed on video surveillance footage removing a 2005 white four-door Nissan Frontier from a convenience store on Pahoa Village Road. Police ask for anyone who recognizes the pictured suspect to call Officer Benjamin Koehler at (808) 935-3311, or email Benjamin.Koehler@hawaiicounty.gov. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at (808) 961-8300
