Hawaii Police Seeking Additional Suspects in Custodial Interference Investigation

Hawai’i Island police are seeking the public’s assistance with locating additional suspects —two women and a man—in a custodial interference investigation involving an 11-month-old infant, Alixea Fernanadez-Santos. 

Monika Santos, age 50, of Mountain View is 4 feet 11 inches, 157 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. (Photo No. 1)

Journee Cortez, age 25, of Kurtistown is 5 feet 3 inches, 200 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.  (Photo No. 2)

Paul Abiley Jr., age 31, of Kea‘au is 5 feet 9 inches, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  (Photo No.

If anyone has any information on the location of the additional suspects, please call 911 or police dispatch at (808) 935-3311.
