The Water Board of the County of Hawai’i will hold a public hearing on April 26, 2022, at 9:45 a.m., pursuant to Sections 8-2(c) and 10-4 of the Hawai’i County Charter, for the purpose of considering and adopting the proposed Amended Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Project Budget (CIP) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2023.

Pursuant to Act 220, Session Laws of Hawai’i 2021, which amended the Sunshine Law to allow meetings to be remotely conducted online, effective January 1, 2022, Department of Water Supply, Water Board, meetings will be held online, and the location listed below is open to the public to attend in person and provide testimony.

If lost communication exceeds 30 minutes, the public hearing will be adjourned and rescheduled.
