MOUNTAIN VIEW, HAWAIʻI – Hawaiʻi Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Kawelo Lancaster, who has been reported missing and is considered an endangered juvenile due to concerns for his safety and well-being.
Kawelo Lancaster was last seen on Pikake Street in the Fern Acres subdivision of Mountain View on Monday, May 12, 2025, at approximately 8:45 p.m. When he was last seen, he was wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts.
Lancaster is described as a male with a tan complexion and a thin build. He is approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 145 pounds. He has short, curly black hair and brown eyes, and a noticeable mole on the left side of his face near his left eye.
Police are urging anyone who may have information regarding Kawelo Lancaster’s whereabouts to immediately contact the Hawaiʻi Police Department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311.
