Hawai‘i Police Department announces Kona “Coffee with a Cop” sessions taking place this month.
This week’s Coffee with a Cop scheduled for Friday, May 14, at the Kona Mountain Coffee Co., 73-4038 Hulikoa Drive, will take place as planned.
The next “Coffee with a Cop” event in Kona will be on Friday, May 28, at Kona Coffee and Tea, in the Kona Coast Shopping Center.
All events are from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Stop by and get to know your district and Community Police Officers over a cup of coffee; discuss topics of mutual interest and concern.
We will adhere to all social distancing guidelines maintaining the 6 feet distance and wearing of masks. We will also be restricting access should the max capacity be reached. Tables and chairs will be sanitized after each use.
This event will be subject to change with regard to COVID-19 restrictions and or additional proclamations issued by the county and state government.
