Mayor Mitch Roth has released his Emergency Rule NO. 18. With very few to minor changes to the last rule. Recently, a topic of discussion is if Hawaii Island Mayor Mitch Roth would follow suit of the Mayors of Oahu and Maui with mandatory Vaccination cards to enter Island Businesses. Seems those with concerns about getting “the Jab” have bought another round of time before Mayor Roth changes his mind (if he ever does).

Under the safe practice section. They do “urge” businesses to implement processes to safeguard the public with vaccination or 72-hour negative test for entry. But for now… it is not mandatory.
