Police Request Public’s Help in Locating Missing Kailua-Kona Woman

The Hawai‘i Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating Michelle Beltran, a 35-year-old woman reported missing on Friday, December 27, 2024.

Beltran was last seen on December 4, 2024, near the intersection of Kilauea Avenue and Aupuni Street in Hilo, shortly before 4:30 p.m.

Described as a local Caucasian mix, Beltran has long natural brown or blonde hair that she often dyes, a fair to medium complexion, light brown eyes, and stands 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing approximately 125 pounds.

Beltran resides primarily in Kailua-Kona but is known to frequent the Hilo and Puna areas.

Authorities are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to contact Officer Branden Watanabe of the Puna Patrol at the department’s non-emergency line, (808) 935-3311. The case has been filed under Report 24-118216.
