Hawai‘i Island police report that 14-year-old Lokelani Trouche-Nobriga was found in Hilo in good health on February 11, 2021 at 11:50 a.m.

Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Lokelani Trouche-Nobriga of Hilo, who was reported as a runaway.

Trouche-Nobriga was last seen in Hilo on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at 11:05 a.m. wearing a black jacket, jeans, and white shoes.

She is described as being 4’-11”, 119 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
