Hawai‘i Island police report that 15-year-old Chanceton Lato, who was reported as a runaway, was located on May 6, 2022, in Kea‘au in good health.

Hawai‘i Island police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 15-year-old Chanceton Lato, who was reported as a runaway. Lato was last seen on Thursday, May 5, 2022, at 7:45 a.m. in the Kea‘au area wearing blue jeans, a dark blue Kea‘au High School shirt, a black jacket, and a black cap.

He is described as having a medium build, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 150 pounds, with short, straight black hair and brown eyes.
