Description: Age 10, Male, Micronesian, 5′, 75 Lbs, spiked dark brown hair, and brown eyes wearing a black T-shirt with a white design, gray shorts and white shoes,

Last seen: 300 Block of Desha Avenue in Hilo, Hawaii.

Nowell was initially reported as a runaway but due to his age, he is considered at risk.  If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Kainoha Nowell, please call 911 or contact the police.
