Police Search for Repeat Runaway Lokelani Troche-Nobriga (LOCATED)

Hawai’i Island police report that 14-year-old Lokelani Troche-Nobriga, who had been reported as a runaway, was located on Thursday, September 16, 2021, in good health.


Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Lokelani Troche-Nobriga, who was reported as a runaway.

Troche-Nobriga was last seen in Hilo on July 23, 2021, just a day after she was last located again.

She is described as being 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds, having a fair complexion with dark brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black top, blue jeans, and sandals. Troche-Nobriga is believed to frequent the Hilo district.

Troche-Nobriga has been reported as a runaway 5 times within this year.

Police ask anyone who may have information about Troche-Nobriga’s whereabouts to contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
