Police Seek Assistance Identifying Kea‘au Theft Suspect

Hawai‘i police are requesting the public’s assistance identifying a man involved in a theft that took place at a business establishment in Kea‘au this week.

On Monday, December 19, 2022, at 3:44 p.m., an unidentified male suspect was observed on video surveillance removing items from the business.

He is described as possibly being in his 30s to 40s with a fair complexion and a thin build with numerous tattoos. The suspect arrived in a dark-colored Nissan sedan. 

Police ask for anyone who recognizes this man to call Sergeant Pacheco at (808) 965-2716, or email Zenas.Pacheco@hawaiicounty.gov, or call the police department’s non-emergency line at 808-935-3311.

Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at (808) 961-8300.
