Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Justine Kawaa who is reported as a runaway.

She was last seen in Hilo, in the Keaukaha area of Kalanianaole Avenue, on Monday, September 16, 2024, at around 3:30 p.m.  

She is described as local, 5-feet 1-inches tall, 145 pounds, slim build, light tan complexion, mid-back length brown hair with blonde streaks, and brown eyes. It is unknown what she was last wearing.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
