Police Seeking Runaway Cara Miguel (LOCATED)

Hawai‘i Island police report that 14-year-old Cara Miguel, who was reported as a runaway, was located in Pahoa on Friday, March 3, 2023, in good health


Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 14-year-old Cara Miguel, who was reported as a runaway.

Miguel was last seen in the Hawaiian Paradise Park (HPP) subdivision area in Kea‘au at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 25, 2023, wearing dark-colored clothing.

She is described as having a fair complexion, 5 feet 2 inches tall, 150 pounds, with mid-length brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a scar under her right eye.  

Police ask anyone who may have information on her whereabouts to contact the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
