Police Seeking Suspect Identity in Waimea Theft Investigation

Hawai‘i police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a female suspect involved in a theft that took place at a grocery store in Kamuela on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at 5:27 p.m.

The suspect was seen on video surveillance walking out of the store with a cart full of items without paying for them. The woman then departed the area in a white four-door sedan with no hub caps. The female suspect is described as having a stocky build and long dark hair in a bun. At the time of the incident she was wearing a gray shirt with “Puma” printed on the front and large dangling gold-colored hoop earrings.
