Pursuant to Chapter 91, Hawaii Revised Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation (HHFDC), Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism, State of Hawaii, will hold a virtual public hearing on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 9:30 a.m. on amendments to and compilation of Chapter 15-321, “Affordable Homeownership Revolving Fund Program,” Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR).

Amendments to Chapter 15-321, HAR, implements the provisions of section 201H-206, Hawaii Revised Statutes, by establishing an affordable homeownership revolving fund program to provide funds for the development of affordable for-sale housing projects, as set forth in Act 227, Session Laws of Hawaii 2021.
The public hearing will be held via the Internet using Microsoft Teams on November 14, 2022 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
