As the Complaint alleges, Robertson was charged with Terroristic Threatening in the First Degree, Place to Keep Pistol or Revolver, Carrying or Possessing a Loaded Firearm on a Public Highway, Manufacturing, Purchasing, or Obtaining Firearm Parts to Assemble a Firearm Having No Serial Number, and Promoting a Dangerous Drug in the Third Degree (possession of any amount of methamphetamine).
On Monday, Robertson made his initial appearance in Hilo District Court. Judge Jeffrey Hawk, denied Robertson’s request for supervised release or a bail reduction, maintained his bail at $80,000.00, and ordered that he appear for his preliminary hearing on December 15th at 2 pm in Hilo District Court.
The investigation was handled by Detective Scotty Aloy, Area I Criminal Investigation Section, Hawai‘i Police Department. The case is being prosecuted by Deputy Prosecuting Attorney Jeff Malate.
The charges are merely allegations, and the Defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
