Department of Public Works Highways Maintenance Division will be doing repairs on the 4 miles stone wall near the Hale O Lono fishpond.

There is documented erosion or gradual destruction to the wall foundation from the ocean tides. Our first priority is the safety of the community and will be placing barriers in the area. Makai road lane will be closed in this area.

Please do not park cars or sit in the area that is barricaded.

Barriers will be constructed on Wednesday, July 14, 2021.
