Roadwork Scheduled for Hawaii Island State Roads: April 12-18

HILO, HAWAII – Motorists on Hawaii Island should prepare for potential delays next week due to scheduled roadwork. The Hawaii Department of Transportation (HDOT) has announced a series of lane closures planned across the island from April 12th to April 18th for maintenance and safety improvement projects.

Important Note: There will be no contraflow or lane closures on Good Friday, April 18th, unless specifically permitted. All scheduled work is weather permitting and subject to change without further notice.
