In Today’s Workout: Some of my favorite traps that I like to use. First, using the jab takes practice building muscle memory and being able to throw your left hook from any angle and distance. The other traps using the faints take good timing knowing when to throw it and having your opponent bite on your faints. I hope you liked this video and find good use of it. P.S. sorry I wasn’t able to throw the left hook too hard and fast dealing with a knot in my shoulder.
