In today’s Lesson: Some people just have natural punching power but that doesn’t mean that you can’t maximize yours. Along with proper punching techniques of pivoting, transferring your weight and snapping your punches. Here’s a little extra detail that might help. I used a arm wrestling analogy to help explain the difference. Basically the closer your hand and head is to each other the more power is created. Where the farther your head is from your fist you lose power just like in arm wrestling. I hope you find this video helpful and you can unleash some wakanda power!
