In Today’s Workout: A good bag drill to warm up your body. Set your timer or (iPhone) at 3 minutes and every 30 seconds switch up your punch combos. Example:
30sec. Jabs
30sec. Jab, straight
30sec. Jab,straight,hook
30sec. Body shots
30sec. Mix up the combos
30sec. Punch it out
Feel free to change up your combos to your liking.
