Hawaii Community Foundation accepting CHANGE Grant Applications

by Thunda

The Hawaii Community Foundation (HCF) is accepting CHANGE Grant Applications for 2021.

The CHANGE Grants program provides funding support for organizations who are currently working to move the needle on the CHANGE Framework sub-sectors and indicators.

The first year of HCF’s CHANGE Grants (2021) aims to be one of learning, with a ground-up, collaborative process. HCF recognizes that many organizations are already doing pivotal work in our community. HCF is eager to learn about current programs and projects that contribute to the state of a subsector where there may be opportunities to fill gaps in support, and which projects contribute to the state of multiple subsectors. To learn more about the CHANGE Framework visit here.

The Requests for Proposals (RFP), including the grant program’s focus, eligibility, and requirements can be found here.
