Ordinance 22-95 (Bill 120 Draft 2): An Ordinance amending Chapter 24, Article 8, and Chapter 25, Article 1 and Article 4, Division 5, of the Hawai’i County Code 1983 (2016 edition, as amended), relating to Providing, Maintaining, and Dedicating Parking Spaces and Charging Stations for Electric Vehicles.

AYES: Council Members Chung, Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Kimball, Lee Loy, Richards, Villegas and Chair David – 8. NOES: None. ABSENT: Council Member Inaba – 1. EXCUSED: None.

Ordinance 22-96 (Bill 192): An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 22-63, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2023.

AYES: Council Members Chung, Kaneali’i-Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, Kimball, Lee Loy, Richards, Villegas and Chair David – 8. NOES: None. ABSENT: Council Member Inaba – 1. EXCUSED: None.

Ordinance 22-97 (Bill 193): An Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. 22-63, as amended, the Operating Budget for the County of Hawai’i for the Fiscal Year ending June 30, 2023.
