Allows the applicant to construct a three-unit short-term vacation rental complex consisting of three one-story single-family dwellings and a six-stall parking area.

Funds for this project shall be provided from General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund Fund Balance and/or Other Sources ($517,500) and Federal Grants Receivable ($1,656,000).
