HPD Asks for Assistance in Locating Missing Puna Teen, Kelii Nobriga

Hawai’i Island, HI – The Hawai’i Police Department (HPD) is asking for the public’s help in finding 15-year-old Kelii Nobriga, a runaway from Puna. Nobriga was last seen on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at approximately 12:20 p.m. on Kea’au-Pāhoa Road in Kea’au.

Kelii Nobriga is described as having a light complexion and a medium build. He is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighs around 120 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black pants.

Anyone with information on Kelii Nobriga’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Hawai’i Police Department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311. Refer to Report No. 25-037021 in your call.
