A 31-year-old Pahoa woman died following a single vehicle collision on Sunday (June 21) at the intersection of Coral Parkway & Ginger Blossom Lane in Hawaiian Ocean View Estates.

The 31-year-old female has been identified as Angel Nohelani Leialoha Ano.

Both the driver and passenger of the vehicle were not wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash.

An autopsy has been ordered to determine the exact cause of death.
