Hawaiʻi Island Police Search for Missing Mountain View Woman Destiny Leilani Boswell (Located)

UPDATE: Hawai‘i Island police report that Destiny Leilani Boswell of Mountain View, who had been reported missing on January, 22, 2021, was located in Hilo in good health. Police would like to thank the public for their assistance


Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 45-year-old Destiny Leilani Boswell of Mountain View.  

She was last seen Friday, January 22, 2021, at approximately 8:00 a.m. in the Fern Forest subdivision wearing a maroon colored bathrobe and leaving the area on foot.

Boswell is described as being 5’-3” tall, around 140 to 160 pounds, with brown eyes, and short brown hair. She has a medical condition that requires medication.

Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
