NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Department of Health, State of Hawaii, will hold a public hearing at the time and place listed below to provide an opportunity for public comment on the proposed Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division Strategic Plan for 2023-2026.

All interested parties are invited to attend and present their views orally or in writing. Written comments may also be sent to Dr. Scott K. Shimabukuro, Acting Administrator, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division, 3627 Kilauea Avenue, Room 101, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816 within 30 days of this notice.

Date: December 2, 2022
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Place: West Hawaii Family Guidance Center
Kuakini Tower
2nd Floor Conference Room
75-5722 Kuakini Highway, Suite 201
Kailua-Kona, HI 96740-1723

Persons wishing to request a copy of the proposed plan for statewide children’s mental health services may send written requests to Dr. Scott K. Shimabukuro, Acting Administrator, Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division, 3627 Kilauea Avenue, Room 101, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816. Postage and copying fees will be assessed.
