Hawaii Police Search for Runaway Lokelani Troche-Nobriga (Located)

Hawai’i Island police report that 14-year-old Lokelani Trouche-Nobriga was located in Hilo in good health on June 21, 2021. She had previously been reported as a runaway.


Hawai‘i Island police report that 14-year-old Troche-Nobriga was found in Hilo in good health on February 11, 2021 at 11:50 am. However, A few hours later, Troche-Nobriga was again reported as a runaway (Report No. 21-011625). She was last seen in the area of Kilauea Avenue between Wilson Street and Barenaba Lane.

She is described as a local female with a fair complexion, roughly 5-feet in height, 115-120 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Troche-Nobriga was last seen with her hair in two pig tails, wearing a plaid long-sleeved shirt with ripped denim jeans, carrying a green backpack, wearing a red mask, and riding a skateboard.

Police ask anyone who may have information regarding Troche-Nobriga’s whereabouts to contact Officer Corey Kaneko of the Area I Juvenile Aid Section at (808) 961-8843, or via email at corey.kaneko@hawaiicounty.gov or the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
