UPDATE: Hawai’i Island police report that 14-year-old Lokelani Troche-Nobriga of Hilo, who had previously been reported as a runaway, was located in Puna in good health.
Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s help in locating 14-year-old Lokelani Troche-Nobriga of Hilo, who was reported as a runaway.
Last seen in Hilo on Monday, January 11, 2021, around 8:30 p.m., Troche-Nobriga is described as being 4’-11”, approximately 119 pounds, with brown eyes, and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, light blue jeans and red shoes.
Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the police department’s non-emergency line at (808) 935-3311.
