In Today’s Lesson: Create a habit of not stopping the bag. You want to move with the bag this will help you with your footwork, movement, and also your distance control. It’s good to be able to punch a variety of bags but if you’re working out at home and only have space for one bag I would recommend getting a bag that can absorb your punches but also has movement when punching it.
