Hawai‘i Island police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating 30-year-old Kalvin Keala Menzsa, who should be considered armed and dangerous. He is wanted for three outstanding traffic warrants, and for questioning in connection with an unrelated criminal investigation.

Menzsa is described as being 5 feet 6 inches tall, 160 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Police caution members of the public not to approach Menzsa and to immediately contact police.

Anyone with information about Menzsa’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Hawai’i Police Department’s non-emergency number at (808) 935-3311, or Detective Wendall Carter of the Area I Criminal Investigation Section at (808) 961-2383, or email at Wendall.Carter@hawaiicounty.gov.
