The Ohana Addiction Treatment Center Receives Certificate of Need from State Health Planning and Development Agency

The Agency has received a certificate of need application #21-23A for administrative review from The Ohana Retreat LLC for the establishment of an 8 bed Special Treatment Facility at 73-4617 Kaloko Halia Pl., Kailua-Kona, HI, at a capital cost of $193,800.

Per its website, “The Ohana Addiction Treatment Center is a world-class alcohol and drug addiction treatment facility on the Big Island of Hawaii.”

Pursuant to Section 323D-44.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes, any interested person may request a public meeting on an application before the Agency renders its decision. Any request for a public meeting must be submitted in writing and directed to the Administrator, at the address provided below. Any such request must be received by the Agency within seven (7) days from 4/8/22 by 4:30 p.m. HST.
