Utility Locating Work to Cause Delays Along Kīlauea & Keawe Through April

The County of Hawaiʻi Department of Public Works announces that subsurface utility locating work will be performed as part of the Kīlauea Avenue/Keawe Street rehabilitation project, commencing on April 3, 2023. The traveling public may encounter lane closures and/or detour routing at intersections within the construction area. Please check the County DPW website prior to the work for any updates as well as detour map routes.

The tentative schedule is as follows:
